Your planning selections.
The property planner asks for project preferences and site unknowns, not a name, address, email, or phone number. Selections remain in page memory unless you choose “Save on this browser.” That button stores the selections in local storage under the key irvine-adu-guide-planner-v1.
A saved brief can remain after you close the page. Reset deletes the saved key; you can also clear site data in your browser. Other people using the same browser profile may see the brief. Downloaded files and printed copies are separate and must be managed by you.
The budget worksheet uses page memory only. Amounts are not saved by the site and clear on reload. Neither tool has a submission endpoint or sends your entries to a contractor, city department, or lead recipient.
Normal page requests still occur.
The preview loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font services, which receive normal request information such as an IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy for their handling of those requests.
The site contains links to other websites. Following those links loads services governed by their own policies. This build does not include an analytics tag, advertising pixel, tracking cookie, or third-party form.
The development server can receive ordinary page requests. A future hosting provider may process request and security logs under its own policies; public hosting and its configuration have not been established in this local preview.
Referral collection is not active.
No live lead recipient or operating contact has been configured. Before a public referral service is enabled, this policy must identify the responsible operator, a contact method, the information collected, its purposes, recipients, retention, and applicable choices. Any new form needs a clear notice at the point of collection.
For now, use the planner without personal contact details and share any downloaded brief yourself.
